Vision: Would you like to sit down and discuss the meaning of eternal life in a friendly, non-confruntational manner?
MM: A wise decision, let me grab some Oreos first.

 Martian Manhunter stomps

Realistically he should be above Superman based off of his abilities

 Superman once said of MM:
"There are only five people who I'd be afraid to fight. Martian Manhunter tops that list. He's the most powerful being on Earth."
And now, because of that adventure which prompted Superman to say that ("The Burning Martian"), his weakness to fire is mostly gone. Whether it's the tiny flame of a match, a burning building, or a forest fire holocaust, they have no affect on him. The only fires that can hurt him now are those with a strong emotional component, like those set by a psychotic arsonist.

MM is literally just Superman without the limitations and has no real weaknesses when knowing that the fear of fire is a mental limitation that was put upon martians and could be broken.

I did not expect MM's telepathy to affect Vision, that feels like technopathy, but MM does have all of the superpowers.

Im 55..... Manhunter has been dumbed down. In the comics he has ragdolled Superman a few times and Supe said himself its the hardest hes ever been punched.

That fire weakness is bad.... vision should very much be able to compensate

Nah, I can objectively say that Martian Manhunter would beat Vision, but to claim he's not even close seems disrespectful to Vision's feats and an exaggeration. This would be a really good fight.

MM telepathy would be useless against Vision

No way Vision should have been able to match Silver Surfer! No way! But that's Marvel for ya!
