  Arthritis, I can use a clutch sometimes, but if I end up in traffic, I have to go a couple of days without riding.

  The DCT is superb, you used D for all your ride and is the worst possible setting and does not do the bike any favours, stick it into S1 and it is night and day, S2/3 really releases the engine power giving a very exciting ride.

  Love this review, easy to see you had great fun on it, every bike should bring that much fun. We were considering the NT but decided on the Versys instead, pockets weren&apos;t that deep for a brand new bike 💸<br>100% agree on sitting on a bike to decide, the seat and tank position can &nbsp;determine your foot reaching the ground.<br><br>At 5&apos;7, a Benelli TRX 500 I was stretching to get my toes down, I&apos;d need a step ladder to get up on it 😂. The Versys is perfect by comparison and can flat foot without an issue

  Underrated bike and I test rode one even though I own a Multistrada, S2 is the best setting and with increasing age I’m tempted to get one next time as I do like a long ride or tour.

I have drop foot from a dirt bike injury and can no longer lift a shift lever. &nbsp;Heel/toe shifters work ok for me, but DCT is the answer for me. &nbsp;I can’t wait to be able to grab one of these bikes.

  As an owner of an Africa Twin DCT, my opinion is the DCT is great for off-tarmac and (once mastered) okay for road use. After over fifty years of using manual transmissions, it took me three years to learn how to use and appreciate the DCT. Slow learner? Maybe. But, I’m not alone in this opinion.

  I think id have to hook up the rear brakes to a brakes lever on left grip where a clutch usually is located
