😍🤩What a GREAT 2025 year review.... you continue to astound and amaze me... and you're right... it is SUCH A GREAT HOBBY... and so FUN to paint figures. My painting increased over the last few years due to the diversity of figures/armies I chose to paint.... that's one of the reasons why it is SO amazing when you come out with such large armies... I may only do a regiment or brigade at most (depending on scale of figs) and I'm on to the next group. Sadly, due to health issues, as you know, not being able to get through a whole convention days, so limited in my play, (and my local gaming friends don't play as much as the BIG BATTLE games that you and I like, I have sold most of my collections... but have been VERY HAPPY that so many other gamers are enjoying the figs I enjoyed for so long... everything from my 10mm Ancients of Rome and Carthage with Gaul to most of my favorite horse and musket eras. Now with the triple bypass last year, new stents this year, and pain shots for back and hip, I am looking forward to making a road trip this year to see you and hang out, and of course game! Your videos made my tough year much better with much anticipation of Krause's next video and project (as I'm sure so many of your fans like me do). I am starting off the year on Jan 10th with doing the whole battle of Balaclava with my impressive painted 10mm Crimean War armies... can't wait to play it and send you pics. I'm actually making a game mat for it (fully painted and flocked) based off the British Battles - Balaclava map. And then in February going to do a 10mm Pickett's Charge with each stand of men (20) being a "regiment" but using a very modified Live Free or Die type rule system where 5 DMZ's take out a regiment but it will be a massive game! Happy New Year my friend! You know I think you're the best... and you bless us with your talent, skills, love of the hobby and friendship! I hope to meet your gaming buddies also... maybe you and I can "team up" and show them how real gamers play...LOL! They sound like experts already. What rules did you use for your French Foreign Legion game BTW?
