A cosigner could never sell a house. They are just a guarantor in case the person borrowing the money defaults. The sale would instantly be unwound, the people that received the proceeds would have their finances instantly Frozen, and they would be arrested for fraud, identity theft, and conversion. These AI stories have no idea how real estate law works, but they make for fun stories
