Hogan might have drawn more money, but as a fan his matches meant nothing to me. All were the same. While Bret brought the best technical,entertaining, story telling in the ring. This is by far the best opener EVER!

Never forget how funky Owen's entrance music was. You could play it at a nightclub back in the 80s and it wouldn't feel out of place.

It looks like this match really made Owen Hart’s career and we saw what he was capable of in the ring. Owen looked like an underrated wrestler before his match happened.

One thing that really really drove Owen's character arc and motivation was captured with that final moment of the show where he's standing on the entrance way. He's watching his brother bathe in the adoration of not only the fans but his fellow workers. He ended the night WWF champion. No such celebration was there for Owen who just beat the world champion that evening. Great storytelling
