I live in Ohio and work for a contractor that works for EOG. EOG doesn’t want the NG. They want the oil. I was told by a high up at EOG that they would just burn the NG right there as it comes out of the ground if the government would let them. Instead they sell it to Enbridge, a Canadian owned utility company who supplies NG to most of Ohio and surrounding states, for pennies on the dollar. And then Enbridge sells it back to us, our own gas, at a MASSIVE up charge. And we end up F$&@ed in the end as per usual. But that’s okay, we’re just gonna keep taking it and taking it and not do anything about it because we’re too stupid. This country sucks. If you ain’t rich, you’re F$&@ed.

Live in Ohio and my natural gas bill has tripled in 10 years and I heat my house at 64 degrees and only heat up my water once a week; what the hell.

The data centers and corporations will appreciate this gas too. A family member was in the childrens home in carrollton ohio. He had a hard life. Now he gets anywhere from 14 to 7k a month in royalty checks

US farmers are desperate for Nitrogen. Why not build a urea plant/factory. transport the urea to farmers to grow food.
