  To prove how hard Delta went, Sev stated (in the Republic Commando books) that by the end of the war he intended to kill 4,982 Geonosians because that&apos;s exactly how many of his brothers died on Geonosis.

  Sev didn&apos;t die in RC, he was captured. The sequel Imperial Commando (which was canceled before RC even came out, RIP) was about Delta hunting down someone training rebels to fight The Empire. Toward the end of the game when you&apos;d finally find said trainer, it&apos;s revealed to be Sev.

  If you want to tell when a Star Wars fan has played Republic Commando, just show them the part from the last Mandalorian season with the sprinting Super Battle Droid and watch their reaction.

  2000’s Star Wars is just built different.<br><br>Also gotta love that the people behind the Clone Wars Multimedia Project, were like. “You know what’s cooler than 1 special forces super soldiers? 2 special forces super soldiers.”<br><br>ARC troopers and Clone Commando’s are just really cool, and I like that they both feel like they fit within the setting perfectly. ARC troopers are treated much like the Spartan’s of Halo, sure they can do stealth missions well behind enemy lines , most of the time they are either on the front lines leading troops, or blowing up nearby important targets. Meanwhile the Commando’s are almost always hiding in the shadows of C.I.S. waiting for the perfect target to strike well behind enemy lines.<br><br>I feel like the the coolest thing would be an ARC trooper game that uses the Halo trilogy as a basis, with giant battlefields, multiple basic soldiers and vehicle gameplay. <br><br>Meanwhile, a Commando game could refine the original Republic Commando with squad gameplay as the core mechanic, with maybe more expanded stealth gameplay as well as having its own cool set pieces.

  For those who are less familiar with hard Old Republic Mandalorians went. When they went to war with the Jedi they had to deal with Jedi blocking their blaster fire with lightsabers. Their solution was old school lead ballistics, because sure a Jedi can still react fast enough to put their lightsaber in front of them, but that just turned the supersonic hunk of lead into a supersonic splatter of super heated lead shrapnel flying into the Jedi&apos;s face.
