  Jerome Maldonado you are the man I would love to learn your move the golden developer. I like that you overcame your childhood low esteem because of dexlexia. Just goes to show with the determination and guidance we can succeed. Cody is a smart one picks up fast.  You two will be great as partners.   Incredible video!!!  Where was this information many years ago when I dreamed about doing projects like this!!!  This is PHD real estate development  that is never discussed to the common real estate investor who is just hoping to cash flow and have minimum management headaches as a mom and pop operator.  This is truly where the real money is made at the big boy level like Jerome stated !!!

  Good info - this is what I did for a living working for a couple companies for 13 years. I was the "developer" and fulfilled the project leader role. Have not done for myself but would love to but would definitely need a partner like Jerome.

  Fabulous Explanation. Back in time I did &nbsp;worked for a National Apartment Developer doing Market Research for 3 years. Every other week I was in a different city doing a study. We were doi g 7,500 units a year. So I go to know the rent and amenity part of the business. It is &nbsp;very good to hear someone take this from start to finish. <br>PS I took several classes with Dave Lindahl of which I am doing some things with now.
