You forgot the best one, you can leave the valley and just walk away at any time you want.
Not saving your family, not dealing with brencis etc. just walk out! Game ends

You don't have to read the ingredients from Anka. She literally tells you when she gives it to you. You just have to listen

The point of Anca drinking from the font is that it will heal her scars and erase the connection it gives her to Anachora. It’s to save her soul, and let her be free, which is why they talk about her giving up magic afterwards…

You can actually enter the library using the balcony at night. You can find the note for maintenance guy in courtyard stating that the balcony doors needs fixing. So no, you don't necessary need to do the quest to enter the library :)

Another is when going to the mill right after the prologue it is best to fight and kill the guards than it is to talk your way out of it because Mert's wife will be killed by the guards if you allow them to live. She tells Coen she will be hunted if they die but in truth trying to do the opening of this quest the civil way will lead to her death. This is the first quest where I realized that choosing the 'play it safe' option doesn't always end in a good outcome.

The library is accessible without a key via the balcony. There's even a notice in the courtyard that heavily hints about that fact

Also another one just for kind of 'more people LIVE' kind of outcome. When you unlock the Duel with Ambrus, you are prompted for a quest where Julian will ask you to poison him to poison Ambrus. You can choose to SAVE Julian AND poison Ambrus but it results in the witch Vera's death and if you drink from Ambrus to absorb him, you will be severely poisoned for several time segments (not to mention Julian is kind of a salty bastard because you saved him). As such the best outcome is to decline Julians offer, fight Ambrus fair and beat him. Julian is alive, and so is Vera who becomes a witchcraft merchant.

Damn how did you so totally miss the point of the font for Anca 😂 the font removes her connection to magic that been eating up her soul, its not about self love its about her not losing herself to an evil power

Drinking the font is the worst choice, The reaper witch ability gives so much health that on the hardest difficulty I could nonstop eat attacks and be topped off on HP and the salves heal 50% which is more than enough. Meanwhile letting her drink it saves her from the voices of the devil and damnation as she sees the same horrific vision that pop up on our screens whenever we do witch stuff causing her to live happily in the village instead of leaving.

You forgot the Lacra Questline. If you wait too long, you will miss a lot.

14:47 - you can definitely get access to the library at the cathedral without the deacon's help.

Really love this time mechanic they've introduced, actually gives you a sense of urgency to concentrate on all the cool important stuff. Cyberpunk, Witcher and other games would have really benefited from this, since by the time I was done with all the side missions in that, I lost my connection with the main story and main characters.

Will be interesting to see how they continue with this mechanic in the sequels
