  I&apos;m an economist. Followed Professor Thomas Seyfried for perhaps 1-2 years. Always been very curious. I&apos;ve read his studies and I do understand and can explain it to people. I know how to efficiently get to a low GKI, and so on and son forth.<br><br>But, boy is it difficult to get people to change food habits. People have no clue what is healthy food anymore. One person thinks they can live on salds, another that CICO is the only thing that matters, or that fruit is healthy to eat all year round. No one has ever heard of bioavailability of foods, that our body breaks down and absorb nutrients and that these nutrients make up all your cells in the body. Thus, if you eat crap your cells wll be crap. It is really bad out there. And no one is making homemade food anymore. People love to buy things out of boxes and put it in the microwave.<br><br>P.S. I know there are people out there who knows this and do a great job, but it&apos;s just scary how bad it has become.

  I had a 6 session course of Chemo for prostate cancer, I was absolutely uneducated at the time regarding any cancer treatments, the nurses at the Oncology centre would come round with cups of tea and plates of biscuits whilst the Chemo was dripping in my arm, almost 5 years later I am certainly much more educated than I was but I doubt the Oncology nurses or the Oncologists are .

  Wow ! <br>So good to hear the truth.<br>I turned down Chemo and radiation for my colon cancer, because I knew the treatment would kill me faster than the cancer would.<br>I have to also say, the Hospital refused to remove the tumor because I refused their therapy.<br>I had at the time a Tumor that was not growing into any neighbouring tissue.<br>I had no metastasies. But still they refused to remove it.<br>Blackmail ??<br>I am doing keto, mebendazole, Ivermectin and many other things in the hope to get the cancer under control, or in best case, to shrink.

  in 2016 i had cancer and looked at research and in studies Dr. S;s name kept coming up. i already knew there was &nbsp;a nexus between antivirals, dewormers and cancer. i did not want to take chemo and end up like others i knew. a 10 min call to him where he frankly reassured me I was not crazy. i solve cancer and a number of conditions using his diet and have sent many to him for guidance. thank you, you are right, diet works every time. they lived more comfortably and much longer. all was thankful. many healed.

  I was at my local drug store where I took a picture of a blood pressure station with placards about diabetes and pre-diabetes, what causes it, etc. In the same frame was a rack of candy. We have a culture where sales rule the day.
