  I love how the cases consists of<br>1. Them giving genuine cases that it was the solver, not her<br>2. Some type of joke that has to do with Tessa’s skin. <br>3. She was just being a little silly.<br>4: <b>They are dead before the case begins.</b>

  Cyn is technically dead since she&apos;s the host of the solver, so cyn herself didnt technically do anything

  In my opinion, the strongest arguments are:<br><br>1. Cyn is property/product of JCJenson (IN SPAAAAACEE!!!!), therefore the company is liable for any defects or problems in said product. <br> <br>Adding on to this, the previous owner is possibly liable for improper disposal of Cyn (Direction of which is shown in the zombie drones VHS in ep5), and blame can even possibly lie on Tessa Elliot for Illegally reconstructing these dysfunctional drones after termination. <br> <br>2. Cyn was coerced/forced to partake in these actions because of her being the host of the absolute solver, the eldritch entity that manifests within the code of drones. <br> <br>3. There is no criminal justice system, and there is no legal legislation left to send her to court, she has committed no crimes as there are no laws. <br> <br>4. Insanity plea.. <br>Edit: The insanity plea is a last case scenario (its function is to not get her killed), its there just to minimize damage, not get her off the hook.
