  I felt GREAT at 30 years old and at my 2007 deployment at 38 years old I was 176 pounds and in the best shape in my life. &nbsp;I was also desperately trying to get to 172 pounds with rock hard abs because my wife asked me to. &nbsp; And I had about 12 hours of cardiovascular exercise per day in the sand with weight lifting and sports in the desert with a good diet.<br><br>Now to get to my US Army screening weight of 197 pounds I have to take herculean efforts. &nbsp;Boys, 30 years old might hurt but almost 60 years old is difficult.

  Sometimes your body hurts because you haven&apos;t been moving enough. I feel great when lifting heavy, stretching or running. Sitting down too long hurts.

  Mid 40s and when I&apos;m in pain it always means there&apos;s something I&apos;m doing wrong. Before your 30s your body is more forgiving of doing stuff wrong. Then you have to learn how to actually treat your body right instead of doing stupid stuff to it and letting it bounce off your rubbery baby bones.<br><br>Eventually entropy comes for us all, but the 30s aren&apos;t it.

  I remember when i turned 30, i couldn&apos;t handle alcohol anymore, knees barely work, had to get specialty insoles after being diagnose with plantar faucitis, and crazy heart burn after eating certain foods. fricken sucks.

  The darker the alcohol is the more complex it is for your stomach to dydest it, as well for your liver and kidneys to filter it out. Just remember to drink lots of water, drink water in between alcohol, water before bedtime, and the day after more water. <br><br>You&apos;re liver and kidneys needs water as fuel to filter out out the poison, yesss alcohol is fun. But it is just poison at the end of the day, unfortunately.
