The moment we transition from “TOLERANCE “ to being “COMPASSIONATE “ would be a great achievement for all. And that’s why,I cannot stand “TOLERANCE “!

Yes! The young man in the black t-shirt and Afro with his father summed it up when he said he doesn’t give energy to the negativity. We can’t change how other people see us but we can be confident in ourselves.

Its weird that some of the young black men dont seem to know what racism is, they seem to think that racism means that someone has to say horrible things to you?????
I hope someone filled them in.

I love the dark skinned 'Big Black Woman' in this vid... shes the truth.

I think it’s sad to hear the father and son talking about wanting to be white to fit in. I was raised by a Jamaican mother and Ghanaian father but I went to a school which was predominantly white. I have always been proud of being a black woman even though I was bullied at school for a while. My home life was full of culture and I was never envious of any other culture. I am forever grateful to my parents for instilling that sense of pride in us as children as it has made me feel confident throughout my adult life.

You want to address entrenched injustice? Increase wages by more fairly distributing profits, reduce cost of living with social construction projects so that people at the bottom are able to accrue modest wealth and lift themselves up. The reason that ethnic minorities are statistically worse off in this country is because many of them come here or their parents came here with nothing. And when you have nothing in this county it's likely you will remain without and your children won't have anything either. But if you come over here as someone already with wealth, you're a hell of a lot more likely to stay that way
