  This video does an excellent job balancing historical context with emotional weight. The story of the USS Cyclops is deeply unsettling—not just because of its mysterious disappearance, but because of the 309 lives lost under the questionable leadership of Captain Worley. It's tragic that so many voices went unheard despite documented concerns. My heart goes out to the crew and their families, who were denied justice and closure.

  Thank you for showing us the faces of the young men lost on the Cyclops. They were so young, and handsome. I think about their parents, wives and sweethearts, who were waiting for a return that would never happen, and it's so heartbreaking. Bless the souls of those lost at sea. 🌹

  The US Navy's defense of a dirtbag officer like Captain Worley does NOT surprise me in the least!  They have always been like that and always will be.  The brass covering for their own.

  A questionably designed (a couple of its sister ships also disappeared) ship with only one working engine. Carrying a difficult new cargo and might have been overloaded.<br><br>It’s not difficult to imagine what probably happened to the Cyclops.
