  A lot of people are complaining that we missed out on some rums and while yes, we did and i think we should have done a little better with the selection I&apos;m posting a list of the rums that were considered for the video but we ended up not including them. Keep in mind that all these rums are almost on the same tier as the other rums on the same level. (according to us)<br><br>It was really difficult for this one cause unlike scotch there&apos;s just so many different countries that make equally great rums.   The final &apos;c&apos; in cachaça has a little tail, called a cedilla. &nbsp;It means the c is soft like an s. &nbsp;So <b>ka-cha-sah.</b>

  I wasn&apos;t expecting to learn anything when I clicked but I certainly did. The whole added sugar thing makes sense and I didn&apos;t know it.

  I&apos;m primarily a bourbon and scotch drinker but found my way to rum a few years back. Can wholeheartedly endorse Foursquare&apos;s special releases. They are amazing. What really draws me in is that these are bottled at cask strength or nearly cask strength. There is no dilution. The spirit unadulterated and uncompromised. So good. I usually pour them neat, in a glencairn glass, and sip like a scotch. You can experiment by adding a few drops of water to find your sweet spot as far as proof goes.<br><br>It was funny because I was in Edinburgh this summer at Royal Mile Whiskies and they had an exclusive Foursquare release. I bought it, along with several other bottles of scotch and had it shipped back to the states.

  Appleton 8 year is phenomenally complex, it’s the best expression in their lineup IMO. I’ve had their signature, 5, 8, 12 and 21 year blends and the 8 is by far the best
