  Great video, man.I finally ended my 3 year relationship with someone who has untreated BPD and a history of emotional violence. We broke up multiple times, but I was always pulled back by the intense trauma bond. For a long time, I held onto hope that she would change, that things would get better. But the truth is, I kept compromising my boundaries and every time I did, she crossed another line. After the constant insults, false accusations, and emotional chaos, I finally woke up and realized: this isn’t love its survival. I’m hurting, yes, but I also feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. No more walking on eggshells or bracing for the next outburst. I’m ready to heal. Subscribed. Thank you again for your content it really helps.
