  Considering how easily Goku defeated the Ginyu Force before he became strong enough to defeat Frieza, and how much stronger Goku became after his fight with the Ginyu Force until he was able to defeat Frieza, and that Bardock&apos;s power level was comparable to that of the Ginyu Force; Goku not holding back against Bardock would have been similar to how easily Goku fought against the Ginyu Force.
