「まつさかうし」と「まつさかぎゅう」はどちらも商標登録されてるから正しい呼び方やで<br>ただ「まつざか」と濁るのは明確に違うらしい

マジな話、日本のブランド牛は上へ行けば行くほどサシの油まみれになるので煮込むカレー向きじゃなかったり<br>適度に焼いてカレーに後乗せするのが一番美味い
