  Finding two loaded handguns in a hidden bag seems like a slam-dunk felony arrest... until the Fourth Amendment comes into play. 🛑<br><br>The cop tried to claim that finding legal handgun ammo in the back gave him &quot;probable cause&quot; to search under the passenger seat.   A lot of people mistakenly believe it is the judges who keep letting criminals go. &nbsp;Many times, it is due to bad arrests &nbsp;or the police obtaining evidence illegally.

  Change my mind: 1) The cop and the prosecutor should be criminally charged for rights violations. If prosecutor doesn&apos;t want to be charged, they must immediately charge and seek the appropriate arrest warrant for armed and dangerous criminal when they see video of a cop even potentially violating someone&apos;s rights.<br>2) Michigan&apos;s laws against guns violates the 2nd amendment, and as such the legislators who passed it and all other members of gov who enforce it are guilty of crimes and should be in prison. A law against owning a gun and having it stored in a bad does not serve any reasonable function or gov or meet any sane &quot;reasonable time, place, or manor&quot; exceptions.

  This is the mentality of American cop. Stop someone for a non-violation which is not having a working headlight in the middle of the day when working headlights are not required, search everything except things that concern traffic safety, and try to criminalize someone during an illegal stop and an illegal search. Feel proud of themselves for traumatizing innocent people absolutely gross that taxpayers continue to pay for this type of “serving and protecting“ which is obviously just authoritarian dictatorship and a way to feed the coffers of the millionaires in the private detention centers, judges, lawyers, etc. everyone who makes money off making American people‘s lives a living hell.

  Whatever is in the officers mind upon encounters, is what our Courts identify with.Inspite of the officers procedures are wrong. Our courts give police the benefit of the doubt, even if they kill you.They are the only people in our society that has that power
