  Stewie and Brian&apos;s relationship has sadly devolved over the years; going from Best Friends who take playful potshots at each other but still clearly care about each other deeply, to Stewie becoming an obsessive, clingy gay &quot;friend&quot;. Who constantly sabotages his friend&apos;s relationships out of the hope that Brian might just relent and get into a relationship with Stewie; seriously take a look at some of the shit Stewie has pulled over the years: constantly flirting with Brian who clearly doesn&apos;t appreciate it, attempted to gaslight Brian into thinking he is gay with that Robot Brian, impregnating himself with Brian&apos;s DNA and forcing Brian to take part in his sick fantasy, tricking Brain into kissing him so he could take a photo and post it to Instagram (which could have gotten Brian arrested since for all intents and purposes, he&apos;s treated like an adult man), and most recently constructing an overly elaborate, fake wedding with Rupert trying to make Brian jealous and propose to Stewie...<br><br>A theory of mine that I&apos;ve had marinating for some time, is that one of the writers is frothing at the mouth to force the Brewie Ship to be canon; because it&apos;s like once a season that Stewie is so clearly attempting to foist himself onto Brian anymore. It&apos;s gotten to the point where I would not be shocked if there was an episode where is Brian is being called homophobic, and somehow holding hands with Stewie is the only way to save his reputation...
