This puff pastry butter bread roll has crispy crust and delicate texture with rich buttery flavour. 制作开酥面包，最关键就是要保持面团和黄油片的一致性，才能不混酥，不破酥。 所谓一致性，就是面团和黄油的软硬程度要尽量保持一致。 另外面团在擀卷过程中，如果容易回缩，不妨冷藏多一会儿时间让面团得到足够的松弛。<br><br>CORRECTION: " 60g of Cake flour " is omitted in the video.
