Well done! I worked with a deputy sheriff who was on special duty that day wearing a suit. He was standing right in front of Fromme when she raised the gun and helped take her into custody. He and secret service used his cuffs to take her into custody. His cuffs were never returned.

What happened to Oliver Sipple was a travesty and the fact that it was perpetrated by a supposed "LGBTQ civil rights hero," Harvey Milk, makes it that much worse. Milk's reason for outing Sipple was selfish and did nothing to further the cause. Oliver Sipple deserves some kind of Justice, but what could even be done, now that the parties involved are all deceased? Yet, Harvey Milk continues to be celebrated, despite ample evidence that he wasn't as great as the media or others claim.
Thank you for sharing this story, Jeff.

A sad part of our Nation's history that this is something we have to be aware of happening at any time, any place. Thanks for your research Jeff.
