  I don't think I've ever seen or ever will see again, an actor better suited to a role. The mannerisms, the little eye contact moments with the camera, the awkwardness. It's just genius. The whole cast is amazing tbf, but Ricky as Brent can't be beaten. Wernham Hogg employees reunion one off episode would be amazing.

  Just remember as a 20 year old sticking on BBC Two accidentally and seeing the first few minutes of this show, thinking it was a genuine documentary - because in those days what else could it be?! 25 years later, I reckon I remember every single line, every single scene, every single expression and look! What a beautiful thing The Office was and is. I'm from Reading. I work on Slough Trading Estate. It's like switching on BBC Two randomly that evening was just meant to be! "WINNERSH!" ❤

  I still genuinely get tears in my eyes when Brent is at the final point where it’s official that he’s going and he knows this is the moment he has to do something, anything, to save him from having to leave.<br><br>The buffoonery just melts as he realises this is it for him now.<br><br>Stunning piece of acting and turned it into an immediate classic.
