  Ive noticed in my life that all of the safest things are green. My jacket, my boyfriend (synesthesia, not shrek), my plants, etc. So I saw your green outfit, and I thought, well, nothing green has hurt me so far.<br>This is a very comforting, safe video, on top of the incredible asmr aspect. And I must thank you for (unknowingly) further solidifying my trust in the color green.

  tonight, my parents finally told myself and my younger brother about my father’s infidelity and their impending divorce. it’s been full of arguments ever since, mostly between my mother and father consisting of shouting that can be heard throughout the entire house. im so tired and glad that a video like this can make it easy to forget about this nightmarish chaos and sleep peacefully. thank you amy &lt;3

  I&apos;ve been having a few problems with my parents, so I haven&apos;t been sleeping the best. I&apos;ve been up till 6 lately, anyway. I just wanted to say thanks, amy, for your kind words and your sweet tone 🧡🧡

  I really like that you said that self loathing loops are common and were so casual about them at the beginning. The &quot;you are not alone&quot; affirmation never works for me because I never know what it means, but this helped a lot with its specificity. Sometimes the self loathing loops feel like they&apos;re almost necessary, like I have to keep myself in check (for hours on loop at night ofc), but knowing that everyone gets stuck in those helped a surprising amount. Like oh its a common weird brain thing thats preventing me from sleeping, not legitimate productive guilt or necessary self reflection

  I know I comment a lot of goofy stuff but I just wanted to be serious for a moment. I&apos;m going through a pretty bad hypomanic-anxious episode right now and this video came along at just the perfect time. I saw the title come up and breathed such a sigh of relief, these videos always manage to relax me and I&apos;m very grateful for it. Thank you.
