  I have had tinnitus since I was 30. I am now 72 and I have learned to live with it.

  I almost went insane from tinnitus. Noticed it one day and just didn&apos;t stop noticing it. This lasted for 6 months straight. Could even hear it over music on headphones. These videos were a major help but one night I sat there and really focused on it. Then something clicked it my mind and I stopped noticing it. Been fine ever since. The human mind really is something else.

  I had Tinnitus in my early twenties (now 50), and it went away. Now it is back and is related to a condition I have that affects the Cochlear. It&apos;s been so long since the first dealing that I have forgotten how I coped with it. I push it aside during the day, but it really gets to me at night. &nbsp; I appreciate you taking the time to make a video for us all!

  My new bedtime listen, I&apos;ve had tinnitus for about 7 years im 58, just 5 mins listening and it was gone only for 10 minutes but it was gone, thank you so much.

  okay, MY brain is lacking this frequency for sure! this video completely turns my tinnitus off even on a very, very low volume, it feels like it&apos;s tugging my focus from the tinnitus to its own sound (since they&apos;re the same, I assume). no idea if the effect will hold long-term (my tinnitus is persistent and I know it won&apos;t leave anytime soon), but playing this video in the background is already a huge relief for my ears. I am so glad I found your channel. you&apos;re really helping people all around the world. 🙏

  The only thing I’ve heard since this started that actually shuts off my tinnitus. And I’ve listened to a lot of these kind of tracks but the tinnitus always rings on top. But this time I can’t hear it. It’s kind of shocking, in a good way! Thank you 😊

  I was diagnosed with tinnitus 3 years ago at 55. My audiologist recommended hearing aids which I’ve been wearing for 2 years. The aids replaced the missing frequencies that my brain was missing thus has pushed my tinnitus away to the point I barely notice it anymore. In the beginning it sent me to a dark place because it was so new. 55 years with normalcy then bam! Out of nowhere came this thing called tinnitus. Thankfully I feel that I’m on the recovery end of it now. I play ocean waves at night to give my brain real sounds to listen to which has also helped retrain my brain.
