It’s like watching the Mona Lisa be painted.

I think "Smooth Criminal" is the most beautiful choreography of all MJs videos I have seen.

He had such a gentle childlike sounding voice but knew exactly what he wanted, the genius artist he was.

You know you’re on a whole other level when you have famous actors like Gregory Peck & Robert Dinero on the sidelines watching. .

It wasn't just Michael that made this great, the choreography, and the SYNCHRONICITY! Look at how in freaking sync they are and they are scattered all over the building! Man Michael made people come ALIVE! What a fucking heavenly gift. Rest in peace brother <3 !

 Thanks a lot 🙏🏼

Smooth Criminal is the song and video that made me fall in love with Michael Jackson.

When I was 10 (in 1994-1995), a classmate did a school presentation on Jackson with photos of him and the song Smooth criminal on a cassette tape.

I went to see him one day because he was sick, to give him his homework for the week, and he showed me his room full of posters, and we played Moonwalker on a Sega Genesis 1 or 2 hours lol

One day I stumbled upon a special Jackson weekend on MTV Europe, and I watched a lot of his videos (it was around the time Scream came out.. just before They Don't Care About Us and all the others, Stranger in Moscow, You Are Not Alone, Earth Song...).

Smooth Criminal is the starting point of everything; I danced to it on stage for years with a dance troupe.

Even today, for me it is MJ's most accomplished work in music/song/film/dance; it contains everything we love about him.

When you have Gregory Peck and Robert De Niro watching your video being made, then you're really good as an artist.
