crazy to think how little affect it has on the look of the game, BF1 is truly way to ahead of it's time I've never seen anything like that before

Battlefield 1 looks so good that even DLSS 5 barely makes a difference. I only notice slightly different lighting, and if you look at the textures, DLSS 5 actually makes them blurrier.

The game is so good that, even ten years later, not even DLSS technology could make it look better; honestly, aside from the houses, I didn't notice much difference. It was a game ahead of its time—I really miss the original work of those former DICE employees.

The work done on BF1 is absolutely amazing<br>Most scenes in the original look so good that I could only tell where DLSS was used because of the low framerate or artifacts

Battlefield 1's color grading and post processing are a masterclass in art design, it manages to look more pleasing and cohesive than games released 10 years later with bigger budgets

BF1 and Star Wars Battlefront 1 are masterpieces of graphics design in 2015-2016. DICE was absolutely COOKING in that department back then. The environments are beautifully realistic. They cooked just as hard as the developers Crytek did in 2013 with Crysis 3 and Ryse son of Rome. Pinnacle graphics design games that age so beautifully, even a decade later, some new games look worse than them still.
