  She could have gotten sick at school BUT instead of going home and rest, she went outside on the street and got worse. That’s why she got pneumonia. JUDGE pleaseeeee.

  Cold in itself doesn&apos;t cause illness, but it can lower your immune system because the heat of your body is directed toward keeping your body temperature up instead of directing it to killing germs. Fever is a body&apos;s way of defending itself and only dangerous when too high. Mom should have been compensated.

  I believe the mother deserved to receive $8,000 plus dollars instead of just $ 1,500.00. &nbsp;<br> <br>There are sick people out on the street; whether the Judge thinks the cold didn’t cause the pneumonia, she was around strangers. <br> <br>This 25-year-old is totally irresponsible and naïve, and needs to be in college as well as have a job. &nbsp;<br> <br>Zech, this was not fair. &nbsp;🤨
