  There may be a few people on this earth that can match Sohyang's voice technique (maybe). But what distinguishes her, fundamentally, is 1) the degree to which she evokes intense emotion, 2) the fact that she is a truly good person. Who else has that level of talent and says no to Sony?! And the reason is that fame and fortune is simply less important than being in control of what she sings, where, when, and most importantly - to whom.

  She busked on the street in Germany and Spain under the title &quot;Moving Voices.&quot;<br>She sang many songs &quot;Hymne à l&apos;amour&quot;, &nbsp;&quot;Love on top&quot;, &quot;Angel&quot;, &quot;I&apos;ll never love again&quot;, &quot;Listen&quot;, &quot;Love wins all&quot;, &quot;Come and take me river&quot;, etc. Especially if you listen to &quot;You raise me up,&quot; which she sang at a castle in Germany, you will feel the heavenly atmosphere.

  Sohyang is a truly top-notch vocalist.<br>She lives a purposeful life, singing to bring comfort, healing, and courage to others, rather than fame.<br><br>I can&apos;t help but admire her, who has lived with a consistent conviction for decades.<br>I just hope she continues to sing for a long time.

  I&apos;ve seen an interview where So Hyang said she far prefers to sing on stage rather than in a studio. &nbsp;But I think, too, it has much to do with the people around her in the studio settings that have some kind of an impact. &nbsp;She was born to perform live, maybe the greatest live performer on the female side of all time. Thanks for the great reaction! &nbsp;Enjoyed it after the fact...

  Very interesting that I keep getting the comment that Sohyang sounds better raw and live time and again. &nbsp;Sohyang&apos;s voice has power beyond her voice.

  As I understand it, several Sony executives attended one of her concerts and were so enthralled that they offered to record and distribute the album. There were no requirements of her artistically, &nbsp;they just wanted the world to experience her.<br>It would be a sin to mess with her voice in any way, and she calls the shots...I cannot imagine her allowing it. She is not a trained Arranger, and while she uses such professionals, she leads them where she wants to go.<br>While attending the concerts of many vocalists would be a memorable treat, attending Sohyang&apos;s would be an honor and a rare privilege.

  Please add &quot;Stay&quot; to your Sohyang to-do list. It&apos;s one of her original songs. &nbsp;Her live performance on Begin Again Open Mic [2021] is the best version IMHO.
