  The thing about eating like this and being okay with it, you are literally in a trance. I know that when I was in the midst of my gluttonous addiction, I could not bring myself to care until one day I snapped out of it. I can promise you that lady and her husband are in an ultra-processed food haze. They need to snap out of it.

  I pack a meal prep for my best friend every day (we work together so I just cook more of my own lunches really) and he just came up and told me thank you because he’s down 30 pounds today. (I reminded him I’m only making one meal, he’s gotta thank himself for keeping it up after work) but like. Girl. Im treating and respecting my FRIEND’s health more than she is her whole HUSBAND’s health. 🤯 <br><br>She said through sickness “bet” and in health “naw” 💀
