The fact that this is free is insane. This information is better than thousands of hours of wasted therapy for some people.

Therapist here…this is such a beautifully crafted video. You’ve summed up everything I’ve learned about how to treat anxiety and anything else frankly. Thank you for your work ❤

I credit over half of my healing to finding these videos. I remember finding your first video while I was completely homebound, unable to eat, sleep, shaking constantly. my husband and I have watched your videos and taken the steps to slowly continue my exposures and I've been able to point others to you. thank you so much for what you do. This is the loneliest thing I've ever faced in my whole life but I know that I'm not alone

This is accurate. I learned it the hard way. 7 years of neurological symptoms mimicking MS, Lyme, etc. and trying to fix it. When I let go, I got well.

The hardest thing I find is that I seem to pendle between a hypersensitive, anxious state and a depressed state. It’s either cortisol and adrenaline, or… emptiness. It’s probably because my brain is completely exhausted and depleted, but it feels like an endless loop. Still, we’ve got this, people. 💪

I had never told anyone before, but when I was a kid in an abusive household I would at times get a sensation that the inside of my body was speeding up. I wondered if I was crazy. I happened to mention it to a friend who is a therapist. He asked me how I had reacted. I explained to him that I would go to my bedroom and lie down and try to understand what exactly was happening in my heart, stomach and head. I would calm my body and observe my symptoms until they went away. He told me I was probably having a panic attack and healed myself by doing what seemed natural to do.

That part about the sleep was me in the past, I struggled with insomnia, I tried sleeping pills, cannabis, melatonin and tried every sleep hygiene tip out there.<br><br>Then I realized it was just my anxiety, my whole focus was on trying to fall asleep. I started telling myself "who cares if I fall asleep or not, I survived on days with little to no sleep before and I'll survive tomorrow as well."<br><br>I stopped fighting it, I laid in bed and said it's okay if I don't sleep. Just let the thoughts pass and get rest. At points I even told myself to stay awake while laying in bed and eventually I passed out on my own while actually trying to keep myself awake.<br><br>I still struggle with anxiety, I'm not completely healed but I have improved a lot and can I can say that sleep is no longer an issue for me. These videos helped me a lot too, especially when it comes to processing these emotions and feelings, so thank you for that!

Not me searching for Amara Lorne arche type quiz after seeing it mentioned three times today. I don’t even normally do these quizzes. The curiosity got me.
