It seems like the entire family failed those children.

After Lindsay made the statement that she had thoughts of harming her children, why was she allowed to be with the children unsupervised?

The fact she vocalized she had thoughts to her and the husband and they still left her with the kids. They all should be charged

14:36 says it all.... If in December she said 'I just have to tell you guys something' And then Lindsay says 'I have thoughts about harming the Children'. Why didn't the family intervene at this point? Not allow her to be with the children unsupervised?

I don’t understand why someone didn’t remove the children right after hearing that statement from Lindsey.

As a mom, my heart breaks for them. Having an adult child in this situation and to lose the grandbabies. I cannot imagine the amount of tears and pain.

Many people are asking why her children weren’t removed immediately. In retrospect, that can sound completely logical.

If you have a woman who is, by all appearances, a deeply loving, kind and devoted mother, the most logical interpretation of frightening thoughts about harming her children may initially be that these are intrusive thoughts. That she is experiencing fear of something happening, rather than an actual desire or intention to make it happen.

Intrusive thoughts can be incredibly disturbing precisely because they go against everything a person values.

The difficulty is knowing when something that initially looks like an intrusive thought has crossed into something that represents an actual risk. That distinction is not always obvious in the moment, especially when you are looking at a person who has otherwise been a loving and attentive parent.

If spmeone ever says i have thoughts of harming my children, that is SERIOUS, they should have been out of the home or never let Lindsay to be alone with the children!! I am sure they are kicking themselves now for what they didn’t do

So my question is if the mother knew that her daughter was having thoughts of harming the children why in the world did she not remove her from the house or remove the children? This makes no sense. The system fail her. Her parents failed her. Her husband failed her.🤦🏻‍♀️
