Unironically, the "babies, yes/no?" thing is extremely reasonable. That can be a deal breaker, and people shouldn't expect the other to change their mind later on. If you want kids and they don't, moving on ASAP makes sense.

And here I was, thinking that Heavenly was gonna turn out to be some kinda smooth-talking chick magnet, picking up women with a single line like Joey from Friends. Turns out he's just shopping for single mothers, bt at least his red and green flags are reasonable. Froggy's on the other hand... well they're on-brand, at least XD

The more I think about it, I think Froggy is onto something. It would be very easy to just see what are the other person’s dealbreakers before going further with whatever the intention is that you want.
