I watched an interview with Dr. Dispenza and tried his meditation technique, and in 2 days of meditation for 2 hours I was able to break through to the other side and my life has TOTALLY changed for the better, and I will NEVER go back to the way I was. 🙏

When you’ve been through such horrific things in your life that you don’t even know what to ask for then you learn to live and accept, and be grateful for whatever God‘s complete and perfect will is for you today. I am new to meditation, but fortunately, my life thus far has been so rough that I am not trying to preserve the old me! In 2009, my Army Major husband was indicted for attempted aggravated murder of me and played guilty to menacing by stalking and felony breach of protection. He had three war tours, multiple head, injuries, and lots of trauma. I would not change a thing in my past because it brought me to who I am today!
