  The average injured party would be discouraged by this attorney’s outlook. These are worse case scenarios. If you’re truly injured, keep searching for a real lawyer that is EXPERIENCED WITH LOW IMPACT, Low Property Damages but YOU HAVE LEGITIMATE INJURIES.

  Going thru exact process and I actually felt guilty but thie truth is my life has completely changed I suffer some days I am in incredible pain I have major sleep deprivation and I mean I could go on and on and it just pisses me off  I went to physido for almost a full year and my injuries remained and I have got to the point that I have to live with this BS for the rest of my life and all everybody cares about is a few thousand dollers

  I wish more people knew this and wouldn&apos;t be under the assumption there going to living large. If your car had next to no damage I&apos;m only going to offer a small maybe 1k plus your first week of treatment (if you didn&apos;t seek treatment in a week I won&apos;t offer anything). &nbsp;<br><br>As a side note to people watching this if your claim was denied most of the time we really believe your medical provider if they say you are hurt but weren&apos;t before the accident.<br><br>PLEASE REMEMBER PEOPLE IF YOU AS A PERSON LOOKING AT THE DAMAGE TO A VEHICLE WOULDNT THINK THEY WOULD BE INJUTED NEITHER WILL WE.

  He&apos;s missing the offer of settlement, bad faith angle. Send the OJ, and get over 125% of amount, and you can recoup attys fees, hit punative damages and have a party with damages. He is missing the OJ.

  Hi <br>I have a question<br>If you&apos;re hit by an 18 wheeler on the express doing about 50 miles per hour<br>Who changed from the right lane to the left lane<br>Hits your car<br>With two other passengers in it<br>you stop after being hit<br>but the 18 wheeler keeps going<br><br>He gets cited by state trooper<br>3 EXITS up<br>From where the accident happened<br><br>The state trooper cites him for<br>changing lanes when unsafe to do so and a (W) for warning<br><br>I don&apos;t understand why it wasn&apos;t a hit a run 🤔<br>If I stopped<br>And kept going<br><br>The guy driving 18 wheeler says he had the right of way<br><br>Then says he didn&apos;t know he hit me<br><br>then says <br>He&apos;ll call the cops<br>Or we could just go our separate ways<br><br>I called them for him<br><br>I went to a pain management chiropractor the next day<br>For pain<br>In my neck and lower back<br><br>For about 4 months before having an MRI<br>Then 2 more months of pain management after the MRI<br><br>MRI shows I have herniated discs in my neck C4-5 C5-6<br><br>If someone wanted you to represent them far as being their attorney for an accident case like that <br><br>Would you take it<br><br>And also the 18 wheeler had out state license plates<br><br>Not sure how much weight this holds<br><br>But state trooper says to me in his opinion<br>The 18 wheeler is 💯 percent at fault<br><br>I know everybody has opinions<br><br>I had asked you this question<br>Because I had watched another one of your videos<br><br>Great videos by the way<br><br>And I just wanted to know if this would be case that you would take<br><br><br><br>Thanks
