  Casio is the furthest thing from a fashion accessory. It is the purest form of time keeping. Accurate, reliable, affordable and should be on a level 8

  Have worn a Casio daily for years, but I still have my Seiko I bought during my service in Vietnam in 1969; it still runs perfectly...

  Did anyone notice the weirdly perfect voice and no comments are answered? AI‑generated videos are popular because they’re fast, cheap, and algorithm‑friendly.  They usually don’t answer comments because they’re built for views and ads, not for real conversation, and the human side of the channel is minimal or absent. In other words, it's all about making money.

  The wealthiest man I know who comes from old, old, old money has a Timex for daily wear and his grandfather's Longines for dress-up.  His primary indulgence is sports cars.  His favorite being a souped-up Mazda Miata.  He does have a Porsche 911, but he prefers the Miata.

  I have an Omega Seamaster 120, I got as a gift, when I was 16, in 1966.  It is now 60 years old and I still wear it every day. It amazes me that a watch case this thin can be an automatic.

  My first watch was a Timex. My father bought it for me when I was 10. Sadl,   I lost it at a park. 53 years later I still remember that watch. Simple, no gimmicks or "luxurious" components. Had a couple of Seikos and Citizens. Nice watches. Can't afford to pay for something over 500 dollars and frankly, I don't think I would even if I had crazy money. There's a point, for me, where practicality and aesthetics merge and bring me to the minimalist side of things.
