Design Graduate here. 2 years since I graduated, have learned B2 by my own, and I have not landed a job, received thousands of rejection emails so far.

AI is killing our market, I guess it must be the same in other areas. What really kills me is the hyper-specialization. My career is super flexible and I can adapt to most industries.

It is very rare to find someone who has 3+ years of experience in your specific industry. This country is having issues with aging population, needs many people to fill in roles, and yet they make it hard to integrate here.

It's a dying economy....When you see that they require ausbildung aka qualifications to work at lidl or mcdonald's, it's very revealing of the state of the economy ! And no, I disagree, experience matters way less than degrees here. I have 15 years experience as a logistics supervisor/manager in the UK and reached B2 speaking level in German. Most companies reject me because of no qualifications or degrees acquired in Germany, so job experience does not matter... It's a very rigid system and a dying economy in my opinion. Not worth moving to, there are much better options !

At just 7% in June 2026, German still has the lowest youth unemployment rate of all 28 EU Member States. (Italy 19%, France 21% Spain 23%)
Minimum wage in Germany is 14.6 €/h in 2027.

See ‘EU Commission’, June 2026: EU unemployment rate.“

Make sure to include a photo on your CV where you are smiling, looking friendly, and approachable. I see far too many expat CVs where people look way too serious or even use their passport photo. In most cases, recruiters still pay close attention to the photo, as it creates that crucial first impression.

👍 Well articulated with bullet points.
Although the global economy is slowing down and becoming more cautious, Germany’s job market is specifically worse — due to being the worst‑performing G7 country, the language barrier, and a closed work culture.
I sincerely recommend that anyone considering Germany should come only if they have ‘at most an intermediate’ English, at least B2 German and experience in healthcare, certain trades or early childhood education. Alternatively, you can come if you are in your early 20s, so you will still have the time & energy to commit to gaining above skills.

Sir Business analyst jobs are more easy to get rather than an IT field?

Absolutely true. This problem is not only affecting foreigners, even many Germans are struggling to find a job in Germany nowadays. If it is difficult for native Germans, it is obviously even harder for foreigners who face additional barriers. The job market has changed dramatically.

I am 17 years old and from India. I'm considering moving to Germany in the future and am trying to decide between a Nursing Ausbildung and an IT Ausbildung. Which field currently offers better job opportunities, salary growth, long-term stability, and chances of staying in Germany after completing the Ausbildung? How difficult is it to find a job afterward in either field? Which Ausbildung or career path would you personally recommend for someone my age who wants stable employment, good long-term prospects, and career growth?

Would you recommend Germany as a good choice for a long-term career, or are there other countries in Europe that offer better opportunities? How useful is a German Ausbildung if I later want to work in another country? I would also like to know which skills and professions are currently most in demand in Europe and which country I should consider for a better future. Can someone work in Europe without a university degree if they have strong skills and experience? I am genuinely worried about my future and would appreciate honest advice. thanks for reading this message.

Tolles Video! 😀💪🌻

There are no jobs in Germany. Specially in IT. I would avoid Germany for a career in IT.

I disagree on germany being the destination. The pension is quite bad, health care is worst and housing will eat 50 percent of your salary.
