Damien Leone struck absolute gold casting David Howard Thornton and Lauren LaVera. DHT gives Art so much personality while still being genuinely intimidating and LL has marital arts training which lets her make Sienna a genuine badass alongside her character's emotional journey. They both feel like they were born to play these roles and they've absolutely solidified themselves as this generation's Freddy and Nancy, Michael and Laurie, Ghostface and Sidney, etc.

I love the two callbacks to the first movie in this one.

First was Vicky honking the horn in Art's ear like he did to her in the first movie, and to Sienna in the second one.

Second was Sienna screaming "Come on, fucker!" similar to how Terra did in the first movie.

My absolute favorite detail about this one is how the little girl at the very beginning has a possum plush in her bedroom (homage to Terrifier 2) and then later at the mall, art has actual toys in his bag including a possum plush. Meaning he literally stole the presents and toys from the first house and those are what he gave out to the kids at the mall. With the bomb lol

17:41 I believe Victoria got possessed by the entity that took on the form of the pale girl from Terrifier 2. She got possessed by her at the end of Terrifier 2 which is why she gave birth to Art's head. Vicky officially died when the demon or whatever it is slit her wrists in the bathtub.

Art's face might be creepier because the third film is where the FX team finally got a chance to sculpt the Art prosthetics for David Howard Thornton. In the previous films, he was wearing the makeup of the actor who was in All Hallow's Eve. Gotta hand it to Thornton for managing to emote through someone else's prosthetics for two films though.

fully relate to cody on the "art stop being cute" line. i think its just a testament to how crazy charismatic the actor is that the character comes off so oddly likeable despite the utter depravity.

They will be a fourth Terrifier which has been confirmed by Damien. And I refuse to believe that Jonathan's dead. It's not like Terrifier to have a death happen off screen. Especially one who's part of the main characters.

Not even joking, I literally was squirming in my seat when the Chainsaw Shower scene came up in the theater. But I powered through that movie like a boss. Amazing reaction!

From an interview that the actor plays art the clown, he was human but when he died he then became supernatural
