  Always marvels me how people get hostile over suggesting men need help in any regard. We’re tough, not invincible. If you don’t repair the cracks in a wall, it will eventually crumble.

  The thing is, men&apos;s mental health has been very much deliberately neglected for decades. most therapists dont even know how to do therapy properly for men. men and women are different, they think differently. and most therapy strategies are geared more towards women, how they think, feel, and respond to therapy strategies. men who attempt to get therapy, often find that the system itself kind of hates men. it can be very difficult to even get therapy at all. and whats more, men&apos;s mental health affects women as well. men who have poor mental health, impact the women in their lives. so literally, for the good of everyone, it is an issue that severally needs to increase in awareness.

  Yeah that r*pe stat is like that is because when women do it, it isn&apos;t called r*pe or even SA, it&apos;s &nbsp;slept with. See the story of the 10 year-old with a kid because his teacher r*ped him, they just say slept with.

  It’s an incredibly annoying ‘trend’ and the main ones that play into it claim to be feminists but their talking points are more based on toxic behavior than anything. Then whenever they’re called out on being insufferable, they go into playing victim instead of admitting that they’re wrong. Men’s mental health matters just like everyone else’s does, the biggest difference is that too many men are discouraged from doing what they should for theirs because of how they’re taught that strong men don’t address their emotions or other things weighing on them.
