I was 7 years old when Goldfinger was out, Didin't get to actually see it until I joined the Navy and watched it overseas. Sean set the bar high.

Ah, the good old days when Pierce Brosnan was 007 and the films weren't depressing.

Thoroughly enjoyable - there's nothing quite like the world of Bond.

Dalton and Lazenby have great stage presence here. Brosnan just doesn't have that naturally. Nor Craig. They act. But Lazenby and Dalton just have swagger and it is plain to see when they walk down the stairs, shake Parky's hand and simply stand on the podium.

Fab - thanks for posting. I was in the audience. Standing in line at the BBC directly in front of Christopher Lee - very tall and imposing. Shirley Bassey had to retake one of the songs (can't remember which at it wasn't her fault, it was a technical thing) and she was cool as a cucumber - just belted out again even better. Brief chat with Richard Kiel at the after-party - lovely fella.
