To be fair being asked to cut over 20lbs  in 24 hours  is absolutely fucking ridiculous

I actually know Dan Christison, trained at his gym in Dale called Sandbox MMA until he moved on from it. He wanted to spend more time with the family. He's doing good and enjoying family life. I miss the guy and miss his gym. I need to see them again lol. I'm glad to see him get a little spotlight here. He's really fun to talk to and hopefully someone invites him on a podcast one of these days.

JG was also Rich’s BJJ coach. And to this day the Von Flue/Gurgel fight is my favorite fight in TUF history.

I’ve actually met Marcus Davis and Jorge Gurgell and they were both super cool and very nice. And Dan Christison actually referred my very first fight. Love that guy, such a sweet man and a huge fight fan.

Seth Petruzelli had said in an interview when this showed that Eli Joslin got dominated in the wrestling portion during the tryouts and quit because he knew he was overmatched

Jorge Gurgel was such wasted talent. His groundgame was levels above many others, but he always chose to brawl in stead of playing to his strengths.
