Rubish management simple i was the youngest Motion picture specialist in Hemel hempstead after spending 3years at night school & 1 day release i was the most photographically qualified person in the division in Hemel in my division all the older people had returned from the war! they we unable to go to college i was i was in a dept which had excellent people who could communicate with our film customers but they had no real photographic knowledge ! i became the contact for 35mm commercial<br> & 16mm documentaries i also looked after the contact with all the BBC production units from Hemel to Glasgow visiting production companies & labourites viewing rushes! unfortunately the older staff were not so active understandably and so i left & went to somerset where i became a partner in what became the largest independent copier company suppling Mita copiers .then sold my partnership ! but stayed on as the top salesman, i was very lucky & i looked after my customers extremely well.
