This video is a MUST WATCH if improving your English is one of your goals. Learn how to stop wasting your time watching the WRONG video lessons on YouTube, how to make every time you learn something new STICK, what’s the most effective way to enhance your vocabulary and how to own that FLUENT MINDSET that is so crucial when speaking English as a second language (you’ll also learn why I HATE the term “sound like a native speaker”).

i have a few rules that helped me:

1. most people are happy when they simply get a response, they do not care tbout your grammar!!

2. if you miss a word- use an other one or say it in a different way...

3. use gap-fillers! like:
you see?, you know?
dont tell me...., tell me....,
well......,
exactly, certainly, absolutely,

4. use short sentences and phrases! we austrians often speak in long sentences, and full sentences, natives dont do that, they use short phrases or sentences.
we say (in german):
Yes sure, that sounds good!
how do you do?
native english:
Sure, sounds good!
how's it goin'?

5. think english! do not translate in your mind- stop learning words in your first language and then translate, it is useless, just learn the word and the meaning, all in english!!!

The concept of starting with a more practical goal as "speaking English fluently with confidence" instead of "speaking perfect English like a native speaker" is GOLD. Thank you Hadar!

1) I think the most challenging thing for me is to speak correctly. Yeah, I'm not afraid of mistakes but sometimes I get stuck and my speech crashes :)
2) My plan:
- I'm gonna learn and practice the rules that I'm struggling with (As a rule It's common tenses)
- I don't want to expand my vocabulary I just want to use the words and phrases I've already known but don't use
