  Martha knows what a real NY cheesecake should look like! I get tired of these cheesecakes that are dark brown on the top, I knew I could count on Martha, I just love her shows.

  She is a National Treasure. We love her, pray for her, hope to see her throughout eternity and be one millions who thank her for teaching us how to do so many things around the house, not just recipes.

  “Martha”<br>I made your Cheesecake A year ago, it was a Masterpiece, Not only did it look like I paid top $ for it, the flavor was incredible, the texture was smooth &amp; creamy, totally decadent. <br>I misplaced your recipe, my family wanted more &amp; I just couldn’t find Martha &nbsp; Stewards famous New York Cheesecake.<br>My family is smart, <br>I did try to substitute a different recipe but it just wasn’t Martha Stewarts Masterpiece New York cheesecake.<br>My family begged me to make your cheesecake for our Thanksgiving Dessert, my heart dropped because I couldn’t find your recipe. <br>Then last night while scrolling on YouTube I saw your channel..   Ive learned the hard way that if you overlap your aluminum foil water leaks can still happen, so I went to find an extra large roil of foil to eliminate having to overlap.

  I could watch you all day long. No one else is as clear and concise as you are teaching. And you look so happy and enjoying showing us how it’s done. &nbsp;So thrilled to be able to watch these videos. Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge. Big Martha must have been very proud of you.
