He explains the hard work and dedication required to establish himself in such a competitive industry. Coming from a political family, being the cousin of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy Garu, he opens up about how his family background influenced his career. He also shares his experience designing The Diera Dubai Mall, a premium shopping destination in Dubai, along with The Twins by DSR, a luxury residential project, and Capital 45, a landmark commercial high-rise. These projects showcase his expertise in handling large-scale architecture and design challenges. Throughout the conversation, Niroop discusses the challenges of running an architecture business, the skills that every architect should develop, and the differences between architects, civil engineers, and interior designers. He also talks about his experience working with well-known politicians and celebrities like cricket legend VVS Laxman. Beyond his professional success, he opens up about what people think of his personality versus who he truly is. As a successful architect, he has now decided to expand his work into real estate and luxury villa projects. He explains why he is making this shift and how it aligns with his long-term vision. He also provides valuable insights for young architects and entrepreneurs who want to build a name in the industry.
