  For some reason, i feel the need to explain the lore of these animations. So, essentially, there's this mystic artifact that appears in this landscape called Marluqe (which is the place Shinji and Jun are fighting in) that can grant one wish to whoever is lucky enough to claim it. Only those of strong body and mind can wield it, as many would fight deep in Marluqe, and whoever is unfit in the mind to use the artifact is consumed by its wrath. After thousands upon thousands of years, nobody has been able to obtain the artifact. Until two great fighters, which are Shinji and Jun, travel deep into Marluqe, meaning the only obstacle between them and the artifact is each other. Of course, the two have their own purposes for acquiring the artifact. Shinji wants to revive his clan, which had died a long time ago according to the flashback midway through the second episode, and Jun wants to revive his brother, who was clearly someone he held dear to his heart. With that, my summarization of the Combat Gods lore is complete. Give yourself a pat on the back if you read this far, and comment if I missed anything! ;P

  Alot of the scenes in the first one were traced from other anime fight scenes, but in the second one, it took WAY longer because every fighting combo was handmade, and not taken from other anime

  The animation sequence at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Q3jds2fmt8&amp;t=100">1:40</a> is from Sasuke and Naruto’s final battle. I know this because I was editing on after effects and trying to time remap their fight. I vividly remember them locking hands and naruto swinging and then missing sasuke.
