I really appreciate you posting what ingredients the chefs are adding. It really helps me, an ignorant American about Japanese food. The vegetables are so interesting and pretty much unknown to me!!! All of the restaurants were impressive. Diligent cooks and staff. Especially liked Ajino Mise Tairiku, all were very appealing. Food looked delicious. Thank you all.
