  I was an avid orchid grower about ten years ago. I had at least 20 flowering at a time and probably had 40 of them. I would repot and save some of the worst looking ones from being thrown in the trash. <br><br>My ex husband decided to leave me for my daughter’s daycare teacher and I became severely depressed. I didn’t only loose my husband, I lost my mind. I lost all interest in any of my old hobbies. I moved my plants to my parent’s house (after our house was foreclosed on after he lied to me about making our mortgage payments). I tried to keep up with them, but overtime, from neglect, I let every last one of them die. 😔 Thinking about it now, I feel like I just let everything around me die. 😢 I’ve tried again and again to restart my orchid collection. Watching this video gives me hope. Thank you for providing such a great tutorial. Just watching it reminds me of why I loved orchids. 💜
