  It’s really irresponsible IMO to perm over a box dye. Even doing a strand test in the back, I’m willing to bet she leaves the black dye more on top than on the back/sides. Stylist should have just said no to the money.

She literally hung up on a client ignored her when she came in and stood at her chair and then tried to gaslight her into saying that she didn’t do what she clearly did do and didn’t refund her. I think her getting fired was the best option no shade.

  Oh, by the way they handled the situation you KNOW they have done this to people before. No redunds, hang up, and then &quot;we will contact you later&quot; only to never contact them. Most people don&apos;t leave reviews or go to social media to complain or call them out, so it just goes to nothing. They only apologized because of the backlash, and I&apos;m sure the &quot;death threats&quot; didn&apos;t exist

  UPDATE: dudes there has been a new development, people found photos of milly that show that she’d had bleach in her hair more recently than she’d said in her original video, but she made a video addressing it and said that she did tell ashlan that in her appt, she just misspoke during her tiktok cause she was so worked up and that wasn’t the point. people have totally turned on her on tiktok because she “lied in her consult” according to them lol but i believe her that she just was quickly recapping the story in her tiktok and misspoke. also it wouldn’t matter if she’d had bleach imo because the years of box dye would have likely given her the same result as well as the perm being left on too long. in any case the way milly was treated by the salon after her hair was ruined by ashlan was inexcusable. the way tiktok switched up because a few people made tiktoks that caught traction is actually disturbing

  To add to the part about hair being an important part of your identity, there have been multiple times throughout history where people, usually women, have had their hair cut and shaved as punishment and humiliation. One example is in the era of WWII, French people would shave the heads of women who &quot;had relations&quot; (aka were assaulted) by German soldiers
