  Well explained. A few years ago, after chanting mantras and meditating for years, my wife&apos;s kundalini rose. She was not aware of what was happening. All of a sudden my wife could feel an internal pressure built-in which rose to her head and she felt like it was gonna burst. Her eyebrows would go high and her ears would twitch automatically whenever she visited high vibrational spiritual places. One day we visited a saint. He hit hard on her head and all the built up pressure vanished. After that he said that her kundalini has immensely risen and she wasn&apos;t able to control it.
